Star Wars 8 Episode 8 Overall Basic Script Plot Summary Synopsis Outline Written by George Lucas:

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away . . .

At the Battle of Nassius, the New Republic military space fleet faces the mysterious Mandalorian super commandos star force in combat. The war between the New Republic and the Mandalorians is now fully engaged. The Mandalorian super commandos defeat the New Republic during the first battle, then the Mandalorians disappear as suddenly as they had first appeared. At the same time across the distant Star Wars galaxy, Luke Skywalker, his wife Mara Jade, R2D2 and C3PO are on the planet Mon Calamari searching for the fabled kyber crystals.

After chasing treacherous thieves in a spectacular hydro foil water sequence, Luke Skywalker captures the thieves and is able to successfully gain possession of the kyber crystals on the Listinik Ocean. Luke Skywalker and company arrive back on Coruscant and meet up with their friends Han Solo, Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian and Chewbacca. Han Solo informs Luke Skywalker that Chewie, Lando and Han will travel into deep space on a recognizance mission looking for the hidden Mandalorian battle fleet. Luke Skywalker sends R2D2 with Han Solo on the Millennium Falcon.

However, Luke Skywalker learns that Rogue Squadron has entered a desperate battle against some Mandalorian star ships. As a result, Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade take two Jedi X Wing star fighters to help in the effort against the Mandalorians. Luke and Mara arrive at the battle. Soon, Mara Jade is captured by the Mandalorian adversary while Luke Skywalker's X Wing is disabled and Luke is left helpless in space as the Mandalorians take Mara to destination unknown.

Han Solo and company in the Millennium Falcon find the Mandalorian space fleet hiding in deep space. The Mandalorians send out Mandalorian star fighters to destroy the Millennium Falcon. After an intense battle, the Millennium Falcon manages to escape to safety, but unfortunately the Millennium Falcon's hyperdrive has become ineffective due to damage from the star fight. The closest world is Kashyyyk, the home planet of Chewbacca's Wookiees species. Han lands the Millennium Falcon on Kashyyyk and R2D2 is sent out alone to locate Chewie's brother.

Back on Coruscant, Luke Skywalker arrives at his apartment and experiences a disturbance in the Force. The Dark Jedi villain named Spiden immediately starts to attack Luke. During the light saber duel, Spiden informs Luke that the Dark Jedi managed to save the evil maturing clones of Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker himself. In disbelief at this tragic happening, Luke Skywalker manages to cut Spiden in half.

On Kashyyyk, Chewie's brother arrives with R2D2 with a new hyperdrive for the Millennium Falcon. Meanwhile, New Republic spies reveal to Luke Skywalker the secret location where the Mandalorians are holding Mara Jade as their prisoner. Mara Jade is at the primary Mandalorian base found on the surface of the planet Concorde Dawn. Luke Skywalker contacts Han Solo and tells the heroes to rendezvous with the New Republic and Jedi space fleet at Concorde Dawn.

When the New Republic forces arrive at Concorde Dawn, they discover gargantuan star ship building docks hovering in the atmosphere above Concorde Dawn. The Mandalorian super commandos are currently building thousands of new space craft to be utilized in the war against the New Republic. As the heroes emerge from hyperspace, a massive star battle erupts between the New Republic vs. the Mandalorians. Hundreds and hundreds of various star ships are involved in the space battle. Many dozens of Jedi star fighters attack the Mandalorian space fleet construction yard to destroy the new star ships before they can be completed.

Meanwhile, Luke Skywalker and company arrive at the surface of Concorde Dawn at the hidden base with many New Republic special forces soldiers. Luke manages to rescue Mara Jade after much excitement and thrilling danger. During the Battle of Concorde Dawn, the New Republic and Jedi Knights manage to wipe out the entire Mandalorian space fleet. The Mandalorians have no choice but to surrender and enter a peace agreement with the New Republic. On the surface of Concorde Dawn, countless dozens of Jedi burning pyres are created to honor the many Jedi, who perished in the fighting against the Mandalorian super commandos.

The New Republic has once again emerged victorious in a war, which would decide the fate of the Star Wars galaxy. However, while the Mandalorians have been vanquished, the Dark Jedi threat remains hidden around the galaxy. The Dark Jedi patiently wait for the clones of Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker to fully develop so that the Skywalker clones can lead the Dark Jedi to final and permanent victory over both the New Republic and Jedi Order. Move to camera iris out. Begin the roll of the end production credits.
